Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change based on material cost fluctuations.
• Final price depends on site measurements and approved designs.

Design Approval

Production begins only after:
• Design approval
• Material approval
• Advance payment Changes after approval may attract additional charges.

Payments

Payment schedule may include:
• Advance Payment
• Progress Payment
• Final Payment before handover Ownership of products remains with Stylook Decors until full payment is received.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are estimated.
Unexpected delays caused by:
• Material shortages
• Weather
• Government restrictions
• Customer-requested changes may extend timelines.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, images, logos, catalogues and website content belong to Stylook Decors Private Limited.
Copying or reproducing without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Stylook Decors shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Delay due to force majeure
• Customer modifications after installation

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
